Congratulations on taking your first step to rejuvenation. My name is Lucia Glover, working mother, wife, Registered Nutritional Therapist, member of the British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT) and registered with the Complementary & Healthcare Council (CNHC). In my clinic I focus on nutrition and lifestyle support for women going through menopause and beyond, and their metabolic and digestive health. I am devoted to enabling women to discover and understand the benefits of transformative eating as a sustainable means of addressing complex health issues, in turn reducing the effects of stress and burnout on the body and mind. Many of my clients initially list their primary concerns as weight management, blood sugar imbalance, digestive, hormonal and/or mental health.
I create a personalised food and lifestyle plan tailored to each client’s own unique biochemistry. My approach combines the progressions in nutritional therapy with applicable mentorship, ensuring you are motivated to succeed in your customised, cathartic LGN Guide every step of the way. Additionally, with a ‘no fad diet’ approach, there is flexibility for you to be in control of your own summit.

My advice is always personalised to the individual, rather than a one-size-fits-all approach. I take into account your health journey, health goals & dietary/lifestyle preferences.
